What video game is your personal Game of the Year?
Submitted by SimpleNate.
Ummm...I honestly don't think I've even played a video game this year (other than the occasional online one)...I've been too busy working.
Ringtones: What's yours and how often do you change it?

I just use a generic one that came with my phone. Boring, yes, but I'm okay with it.
For a full sit-down dinner with several guests, would you rather be the one cooking or do you prefer to just show up and eat?
I'd rather be in the kitchen, cooking. That said, I also like to visit with folks and have a good time. It's one of the reasons I like my kitchen...it's wide, open, and tends to be the "heart" of the house. Folks can come in and sit down and chat, or pitch in and help cook while visiting.
Whether guest or hostess, I still tend to be one of the ones in the kitchen.
What did you do as a child that you feel guilty about even to this day?
Oh, sure...you had to ask THAT one!!! (guilt, guilt, guilt...)
My niece was born when I was five. Kinda heavy being an aunt before you can even read.
But I digress.
I remember my sister visiting one day when my niece was about two. Made me about seven. Don't ask me why, because it was something I would normally never do, but I colored on the back of a door with lipstick. Deep red lipstick. A spot about 4" square. And, of course, someone found it. And came looking for the culprit.
I don't remember the exact conversation, but I know it was something along the lines of, "Who, me? Are you kidding? Why would I do something like that? I know better than that. Must have been The Niece" (whose name has been omitted to protect the truly innocent).
Who got a spanking for drawing on the door with lipstick.
If I live to be one hundred, I don't ever think I'll stop feeling guilty for her getting a spanking for something her bratty aunt had done. If it's any consolation, I never did either of them again...drawing on anything with lipstick OR pinning the blame on an innocent victim.
Show us a childhood hero.

None other than the illustrious J.P. Patches!
J.P., as any Patches Pal could tell you, is the one on the left. And of course, you must know that Gertrude is the one on the right.
And if you don't know who J.P. and Gertrude are...where have you been?!?
Click on the first link (above) to go to J.P.'s page. If you must, you can also find JP's info at answer.com. But hit his page first.
A Patches Pal would understand.
A Boris Buddy would just boo and hiss.
Today is Veterans Day. Is there anyone you know who has served or is serving in the military that you'd like to honor today?
My brother, who's spent approximately half his lifetime in the military, helping keep our country safe. And my husband's nephew, who just recently joined and is being sent over to Iraq as infantry.
Thank you.
I love you both.
Which person from your past, who you've lost touch with, do you wonder about the most?

Someone I used to date.
We were actually pretty serious, and talked about getting married.
But things didn't work out the way we'd planned.
And that's all I'm gonna say about that.
But I do occasionally wonder how he is, what he's doing, what he looks like, and how life has treated him.
I wonder if I'd recognize him if I walked past him.
It's been over half my lifetime ago.
But sometimes it seems like it was yesterday.
